OUR STORY
From a four-person identity team to a global delivery bench
oneid365 started when a group of IAM and PAM engineers kept watching enterprise programmes stall for the same reason: the tooling was bought, the roadmap was approved, and then nobody could find people who had actually implemented it. Recruiters were sending Java developers for CyberArk vaulting roles.
We built the opposite model. A small, deeply specialised bench. Every engineer tested on a live range before they reach a client. Every requisition scoped by someone who has run the same migration themselves. Eight years on, that principle still governs how we hire, how we price and how we say no to work outside our domain.

Mr. Kalyan Ram
Director, oneid365
Kalyan is the Director of oneid365, responsible for the company's overall strategy, client relationships and delivery standards. He has spent his career at the intersection of identity security and technology talent, and founded oneid365 to give enterprises and consulting firms faster access to certified, deployment-ready specialists. Under his leadership, the company has built a screened talent bench spanning IAM, PAM, IGA, CIAM, SOC and ethical hacking, backed by advisory and managed-services delivery from Hyderabad. He works closely with clients across the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia and China to align engagement models with their compliance and audit timelines. Kalyan is personally committed to two founding principles of oneid365: never charging candidates at any stage of hiring, and never competing with the consulting firms oneid365 partners with.
